📜 Course Access Instructions for All Students and Leaders
Welcome to the Knights Institute Training Hall. Every course within this academy is protected, guided, and overseen
to ensure proper formation, discipline, and spiritual growth. Please read these instructions carefully before
beginning your studies.
🔐 Receiving Access to a Course
All courses within the Institute require:
- A username and password for your student account
- A Course ID code to unlock the specific course you wish to study
You will receive these only after an instructor, leader, or cadre confirms your enrollment.
How to Begin
- Contact your assigned instructor, mentor, or a leadership officer to request access.
- Once approved, your instructor will create your student account in the system.
- You will receive:
- Your username and password
- The Course ID required to open the course
- After receiving confirmation, click Student Login at the bottom of the Training Hall and enter your credentials.
- Navigate to the course you were assigned and enter the Course ID to begin.
Every student is also assigned a mentor who may assist with questions, guidance, or clarification throughout your training.
🎓 Completing a Course & Moving Forward
When you finish a course:
- Notify your instructor, mentor, or leader.
- They will review your progress and confirm completion.
- Once approved, you will receive:
- Permission to move to the next course
- The Certificate ID for your completed course
Certificates are issued only after leadership approval, ensuring each achievement is properly recognized.
📘 Special Courses & Refresher Courses
(For Leaders, Officers, and Returning Students)
Anyone wishing to take a specialized course, a higher‑level leadership course, or a
refresher course must follow the same process as any student:
- Request access from an instructor or leader.
- Receive your Course ID.
- Log in with your student credentials.
- Complete the course under mentor oversight.
This ensures consistency, accountability, and proper academic record‑keeping for all ranks.
📂 Accessing Creeds, Statutes, Manuals, and Official Documents
Certain documents—such as:
- Creeds
- Statutes
- Manuals
- Installation materials
- Leadership guides
are protected and require an ID code to open.
To receive access, contact a cadre or officer overseeing the installation or training of a member.
They will provide the proper ID code and confirm your authorization.

If you need help, guidance, or wish to interact with fellow students:
- You may reach out through Facebook student pages.
- You may contact leadership or mentors through Messenger.
- You may also speak directly with your assigned instructor, mentor, or cadre.
